UP 800 Access Service Dialing Instructions:

To use the UP 800 Access Service, enter the following into the Dial Up Networking phone number:
A,18003116363,,,,,8148632222,,,,,xxxxx

•  The leading character, "A", represents the number, if required, to dial out. It is usually "8" or "9.

•  The xxxxx is the assigned 5-digit authorization number. An authorization number can be obtained through Connie Welch, Telecommunication Analysis (cjd5@psu.edu or 814-865-2350)

•  The commas represent a pause character and additional commas may be required - each comma equals about 1 1/2 seconds.

•  You may have to experiment with adding (or removing) commas for the above to work in the location you are dialing from.
